Welcome to a new challenge for Just Add Ink. This week's challenge is an inspiration picture from Lou!





There's lots of inspiration to take from this picture, such beautiful colours and also one of my favourite stamping subjects - flowers!

September is a busy birthday month for me so with this challenge I decided to kill two birds with one stone and used the same inspiration for both cards, both for special peeps in my life!

I went with the lovely Magnolia stamp from Good Morning Magnolia and used colours from the inspiration picture to finish my cards. The first card was made with a base of Mossy Meadow and a watercoloured background layer of Pear Pizzazz, the second using Rococo Rose for both the base and the watercolour. I also splattered some of the new Delicata Golden Glitz and Shimmery Silver to the backgrounds once they had dried. I used Stampin' Blends to colour in the Magnolia in shades of Rich Razzleberry, Rococo Rose and Flirty Flamingo with Mossy Meadow leaves and finished off the cards with the ribbon and metallic pearls.













I can't decide if I have a favourite of the two!
