Welcome back to another Just Add Ink Challenge! This week we are playing along with a colour challenge suggested by Kim!





I'll be honest, I didn't really know where this challenge was going to take me, the colours are really not ones I would put together!

I just decided to pull out a stamp set and start playing, the stamp set happened to be Lined Alphabet. I have done so many birthday cards lately I really wanted to put another type into my stockpile so I went with a baby card, which I haven't done one for ages!

I really had no idea where this card was going to end up but since I hadn't bought a baby stamp set in ages I had to go with Made With Love, an old retired set. So having coloured in the deer with some of the new shades of Stampin' Blends I did a foresty-looking background to match. The letters are from the new Lined Alphabet set and cut out with my Scan N Cut since I don't own the matching dies. I set it all off with touches of silver through the ribbon and embellishments. I think the end result is OK, perhaps a little dark for a baby card but I think the cute deer makes up for it lol!
