After the exciting announcement at OnStage just recently about the coming Colour Revamp with the release of the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue I have started on the mammoth task of updating all my storage. The first update is to my ink refills which I store by colour collection in our full-size Wood-Mount cases.
I also reordered all my retired ink refills into the cases as well.

Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI have always stored my re-inkers in the top of my ink pad color caddy. When I want a specific color, I have to search through several bottles. Your system is so much better! I am going to switch! Thank you so much for sharing!
Awesome Kris, I’m glad these are helping you 😊
DeleteWill you be making an insert for the new In Colors Markers? Maybe last years In Colors and the new In Colors together on one insert?
ReplyDeleteHi Kate, yes I will be making Marker inserts in the same sets as these, hopefully up in a day or so 😊
DeleteThis is awesome. Thank you for sharing this. The only thing I noticed is that you need to add Very Vanilla to the Basics. Also, Archival Basic Black and Archival Basic Gray are retired. Thank you again!
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan, you’re very welcome. I haven’t added Very Vanilla to the Basics insert because we don’t have Very Vanilla ink 😊
DeleteReally? We have it in the US. I wonder if there are any other colors we have that you do not. Strange!
DeleteThank you so much....
ReplyDeleteI found you via Jackie Bultjie. So glad! I have a question about organization. I am thinking about putting all things relating to each color family in one 12 x 12 box. Example, all markers, reinkers, pads, ribbon, embellishments, solid paper, etc. What do you think? I seem to always be searching for all the matching items when doing something and this seems it would be more efficient.
ReplyDeleteIs there a photo of the re-inkers inside the cases? This looks like something I would be interested in doing but would really like to see how they are stored inside. Are they laying on their sides?
ReplyDeleteHi Elicia! You can see a picture of inside the case in this post - http://jostubbings.blogspot.com/2016/07/wood-mount-refill-case-inserts.html 😊
