Here we are again! Another Friday and another new Just Add Ink challenge! This week our challenge is to Choose Two!





Flowers I can do but doors and windows are a whole other story so I used decided to take a 'spin' on the word window and use a window frame.

This week's card is a wedding card. The stamp I used was one I inherited from my Mum and it's just too cute. It is a stamp called 'Love Me Do' from Whimsy Stamps.

My card started with the stamped image, coloured using various Blends markers (listed below). I had to fussy-cut the image because it doesn't have dies and I need to re-glue my Scan N Cut mat. Then I had the idea to use a window frame so as to appear similar to a photo. Using the Layering Squares dies (which may be retired) I cut out the 'window frame' in Highland Heather. This was layered over a dry embossed white square of a similar size. I had intended to splatter some gold onto the white square but forgot before I glued it all together. Oh well.

The base is Gorgeous Grape and some retired Grape DSP. I used plenty of clear Wink of Stella on the bride's dress and a metallic purple pen on her dress's ribbon and the flowers. You can't see it but the sparkle on the dress is awesome and I'm so happy with the way it came out.
