Welcome to our latest Just Add Ink Challenge! This week we have a 'Choose Two' challenge for you!
It would have been so easy to use all 3 of these choices for my card today as most of the time you use stencils or masks when using embossing paste and stencils with ink suited my planned idea for this card better.
I wanted to make a 'pop' of colour so I started my card with a Basic Gray base, Smoky Slate layer and then a second layer of Basic Gray. I used a retired stencil to add a pattern to the top Basic Gray layer. The intended receipient of my card loves pink so I went with Polished Pink and Blushing Bride. I used these colours to watercolour my heat embossed flowers along with some Granny Apple Green to keep the colours nice and bright. I layered the flowers over some die cuts of Granny Apple Green and Vellum and finished the card off with the embossed sentiment, a bit of white twine and some long-retired sequins.
You can find all the products I used below. I appreciate you stopping by also. Don't forget to check out the other Design Team inspiration over at the Just Add Ink blog and I hope to see you enter our challenge!
