Welcome to our latest Just Add Ink challenge and this week we have been asked to add 'Party Fun'!





I had to go digging through my supplies for this one, I don't have much in the way of 'parties', however I managed to find some party streamers and cake!

I started my card by choosing my colours, and then, using the retired Bonanza Dies, I cut out some party streamers using Basic White cardstock. I used Blends in Summer Splash, Melon Mambo and Pretty In Pink to colour them. The base is Thick Basic White with an embossed layer on top and then the streamers. I embossed the cake in White on some Fluid 100 paper and watercoloured it using the same colours. I popped this up off the streamers and added a simple sentiment. It's not quite a fun, bubbly card but would suit a female party or something like a 'high tea' party.
