Happy Friday and welcome to another Just Add Ink challenge! For this week's challenge we have an inpiration picture from Nikki that is just divine!





Such a lovely picture I wish I was there! Anyways, I'm not so let's get on with the project I put together from this gorgeous pic!

I'm finally using a stamp set I got at OnStage Sydney back in November! It's a lovely set called Forever Blossoms and the actual blooms remind me of Cherry Blossoms.

I started my card looking at the colours from the picture and realised they would be the perfect colours for my blossoms. I stamped the image in Sahara Sand (stamped off) just to get a faint outline and the using my Stampin' Blends I coloured them in. I have layers of Rococo Rose and Rococo Rose DSP layered on my Sahara Sand base with my top layer beginning it's journey as a piece of Whisper White cardstock. Using sponge brayers I lightly added a layer of Petal Pink, then using my aqua painters I splattered some water drops onto it to five it a bit of texture. When that had dried I added some stamped-off Petal Pink flowers to the card layer. The card is finished with the small Sahara Sand circle, some sequins and the embossed sentiment.
