Today I'm doing a stint at Guest Designer for the latest Colour INKspiration Challenge! Colour INKspiration is a Facebook group where fun colour challenges are posted every second and fourth Wednesday of each month (plenty of time to be creative)!
Check out those gorgeous colours for this challenge! The colours are Mint Macaron, Daffodil Delight, Pink Pirouette and Tip Top Taupe! Sadly we'll be saying goodbye to Mint Macaron and Tip Top Taupe when the new annual catalogue gets release on the 1st June *sad face*...
These colours screamed flowers and Easter to me but since I don't actually have any Easter-related stamps I went with flowers and my set of the moment, the lovely Special Reason and Stylish Stems Framelits. I matched this with the Hexagons Dynamic Embossing Folder and one of my all time faves, Gorgeous Grunge, to create this bouquet-looking inspired card. The Thank You sentiment is from the Oh Happy Day stamp set that comes with the Oh Happy Day card kit and I think it just suits the grungy look perfectly!
Well, I hope you love or at least like my creation *lol*. It's been my very first blog hop so I'm glad you could drop by. You can continue the hop to the extremely talented Denita's blog here...
If you'd love to join in the fun of Colour INKspiration just head on over to the Facebook group and request to join. You'll see lots of lovely creations there too!
