Another Friday has rolled around and this week our Just Add Ink challenge is a sketch challenge!





Lots and lots of ideas for this challenge but I decided to use an old retired stamp set. I have so many birthdays this month and next I really needed to replenish my stash!

For the round features on the sketch I changed it up a bit and went with balloons. These are from a retired stamp set called Balloon Celebration. I played around a little with colour combinations but chose a boy-ish theme in the end with Azure Afternoon, Blueberry Bushel and Tahitian Tide. I stamped and punched each balloon and layered these on a white layer stamped-off in Tahitian Tide using the cloud stamp in the same set.

The card is finished with an Azure Afternoon base and DSP layer, a sentiment and some blue sequins. I also used a bit of Wink of Stella on each balloon but it is hard to see.
