Welcome to our latest Just Add Ink Challenge! This week we have aare asking you to add two or more items as a challenge for you!





Another pretty easy challenge to sink your teeth into as I always add some kind of embellishment to my cards. This card turned out to be a tad special.

I dug through my whole stash to create this card for my nephew's 21st birthday which is coming up next week. My card uses lots of retired stuff, well because men happen and turns out they hate flowery cards!

So I started out with an old retired set called Nailed It (143077) because my nephew is a motor mechanic and tools are his thing. I stamped and cut the three tools with the stamp set and matching Build It Dies (143230) and coloured them with Real Red and Smoky Slate Blends to look like his favourite tools, Snap-On brand. I cut a piece of Basic White and used the Dots and Spots Die to make a 'pegboard' for the tools. I layered this over some Regals DSP, also in Real Red and added some twine (Candy Cane Lane Twine - 141983). The DSP and pegboard are layered over a Real Red layer which I clear-embossed several times with a '2' and a '1' from the Skinny Mini Alphabet Stamp Set (133665) mounted on the same black and then placed that on my base. I finished my card with a '21' cut using some retired red foil (139607) and the Large Numbers Dies (140622), a simple embossed sentiment and some black sequins.
