Welcome to our latest Just Add Ink Challenge! This week we are asking you to add Polka Dots to your projects!





I had a little bit of fun making this card, and also got a little bit messy! Baby wipes at the ready for this one!

My card started with my spots/polka dots. I used the Seasonal Decorative Masks (141848) on some Orchid Oasis cardstock. I had originally intended to use the Shimmery Embossing Paste but when I opened it it had all hardened so I had to settle on the plain. I put three small amounts on my silicone mat and dropped one drop of ink on each in Hydrangea Hue, Orchid Oasis and Starry Sky to create my different tones. While it was drying I coloured in the stamp from the Cutest Crew set using a mix of Copics (E31, E33 and E35) and Blends (Hydrangea hue, Orchid Oasis, Starry Sky and a dab of Bubble Bath for a tongue). I mounted the puppies on a small Fluid 100 piece with a dash of Orchid Oasis on it and then popped that up off the dotty layer and Starry Sky base. I used a simple sentiment from the same stamp set, and some Orchid Oasis ribbon and Starry Sky pearls to finish.
