For my card this week I chose to use animals, patterned paper and some twine to make a colourful and bright greeting card!

I chose to use 'Long Time No See' as it has quickly become a favourite stamp set and especially relevant now we have hit winter here with its warm and cuddly animal images. I chose some pinks and purples to colour in my nice warm puppy, using Blends in Melon Mambo, Fresh Freesia and Crisp Cantaloupe and used Copic markers E33, E31 and E00 to colour the actual dog. The patterned paper comes from an old Brights set (149613) and I've paired it with some long retired Crisp Cantaloupe thick twine (135636) which I randomly dunked into some watery Melon Mambo ink.
