Welcome to another Friday and a new Just Add Ink Challenge! This week we have challenge #450 and Rochelle has asked us to Just Add Babies!





I hadn't needed to do a baby card in such a long time and now I've done two in as many weeks! You can check out my other baby card for challenge #448 HERE.

Not doing a lot of baby cards I don't really have many sets I could have used for this so I dug out a firm favourite, A Little Wild, for this one. I inked, stamped and watercoloured both the lion and the elephant from this set but decided just to stick to the elephant. I really didn't stress how I watercoloured him and I like the mottled effect of the watercolour.

Keeping the card simple and cute I simply layered some Whisper White cardstock under some of the Neutrals DSP, both cut with the Rectangle Stitched Dies. I also cut a smaller rectangle from some old Lullaby DSP to give it a little pop of colour and to tie into my Coastal Cabana die cut. The sentiment is stamped from the Animal Outing set and embossed in white.
